It’s an absolute pleasure to introduce our Managing Director Aude to you. Along with Vladimir and Andrew, Aude has been running 9 Hertford Street since 2013. Aude is fabulously people-focussed and her incredibly caring nature and dedication means that she is always there to make sure our guests have everything they need. On behalf of us all, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you do, Aude!
What do you love the most about your job?
The variety of guests we accommodate; knowing we can provide a safe and comfortable environment for them. I am always touched by guests who are in London for medical reasons – knowing we go the extra mile as they convalesce is our reward. Making a difference to someone else’s life I guess.
What is your favourite place in London?
I know the times are hard and we all want to go somewhere else than home but my home is my favourite place. When I am bored of it I change the layout of my lounge which confuses my boyfriend and excites my son. I only do it so my cat Loulou can sleep and keep an eye on the garden from different perspective!
Where do you like to eat out in London?
I love Dishoom in King’s Cross for family lunches and business breakfasts.
What do you love about Mayfair?
The village atmosphere. I say hello to more people in the market than I do in my neighbourhood.
What are your hobbies?
Running.
