The Pawsitive Café in fashionable Notting Hill is a fantastic concept which focusses upon mental wellbeing and the benefits of being around canine friends.
About
The Pawsitive Café is a beautiful dog-friendly venue with menus for owners and their dogs and has a dedicated canine play area (which includes a ball pit, swing and slide). It offers therapeutic activities which you can do at your table (eg painting by numbers or pressing flowers) and hosts regular events which nurture positivity and happiness. It also welcomes customers who may like to use the setting to work.
Owner Alicia Ung devised the idea of The Pawsitive Café for a university assignment with the aim of providing a physical outlet for mental wellbeing. As a passionate dog owner, Alicia explains: “My dog is not just my dog. My dog is my happiness, my inspiration, my sanity and my world.” The spotted decor is a tribute to her beloved dalmation, Domino.
The Pawsitive Café is located at 52 Westbourne Grove, W2 5SH, in Notting Hill. It’s open Tuesday – Sunday, 9.30am – 6.30pm.
