If you’re looking for a lovely activity for your family this Easter, the Peter Rabbit live immersive experience at Covent Garden is an absolute must. Following an extremely successful run (excuse the pun!) at Blenheim Palace last year, Histrionic Productions is bringing The Peter Rabbit™ Easter Adventure to central London.
Opening on 24 March, the 50-minute adventure will entail children to work alongside Peter Rabbit and Beatrix Potter to save Jemima Puddle-Duck from the clutches of Mr McGregor. This will involve clue-solving and map-reading interspersed with storytelling, live performances and puppetry. There will even be the opportunity to join Peter Rabbit in the grumpy gardener’s Land Rover for a cheeky photo, take some time out in the Activity Burrow to pen your own Potter adventures or illustrations, and, for the over fives, you can have a driving lesson in a mini-rover! Doesn’t it sound fabulous?! Tickets go on sale on Monday 27 February.
Alongside the experience, The Easter Adventure Shop will open in Covent Garden’s iconic Market Building on 5 March. The new store will offer Peter Rabbit merchandise, a café to relax and refuel, serving a range of delicious refreshments and drinks, as well as an activity area featuring a programme of fun-filled Easter activities for all of the family. Tickets for the show will also be available in store.
