We are delighted to share that The Royal Automobile Club will be launching their inaugural St James’s Motoring Spectacle this Saturday (2 November).
About
St James’s Motoring Spectacle will be held this Saturday in Pall Mall (home of The Royal Automobile Club). With most of the road closed to traffic, visitors will be able to peruse a fantastic array of cars from pioneering Grand Prix motors to the latest supercars. The celebration will also highlight advancements in technology for a more sustainable motoring future.
The free exhibition will include:
- A display of 70 pre-1905 cars (which will also be taking part in a veteran car run on Sunday).
- The opportunity to view some of the beautiful vehicles which will be auctioned later in the day at the Peninsula London.
- Exhibits exploring sustainable technologies, what the future of motoring may look like, and careers guidance for those interested in working in the automotive sector.
- A fascinating timeline starting with horse-drawn carriages and concluding with electric vehicles, it will also celebrate car manufacturer milestones.
- A breathtaking display of some of the world’s most innovative and eye-catching cars.
This fantastic event is being held as part of London Motor Week, and the day before the fantastic RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.
