The Bafta-nominated score for The Snowman and the Snowdog, composed by Andy Burrows and Ilan Eshkeri, will be performed by a full orchestra at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane on 20 December, in accompaniment to two screenings of the film to celebrate its 10th anniversary (at 2.30pm and 7pm).
Released in 2012 as a sequel to the Raymond Briggs’ classic story of The Snowman, The Snowman and the Snowdog has been lauded for its beautiful storytelling and its magical, evocative score.
