How stunning were the horses who partook in the King’s Coronation on Saturday, either taking a role as part of the procession or to support the Metropolitan Police’s Mounted Branch? They maintained their concentration beautifully following the meticulous training for the historic event.
If you would like to get the opportunity to meet a royal horse, why not visit the Royal Mews? The working stables are next to Buckingham Palace, just a short walk from Hertford Street, and are a must for anyone with equine interests. There are royal coaches (including those used for the Coronation) and livery (worn by the King’s coachmen) on display, and regular tours.
